Today the crew installed a backflow prevention device at Eskaton Village in Grass Valley, CA.  We worked with the City of Grass Valley and purchased the proper permit and started the job. Currently in Eskaton Village, some of the homes during the building process had backflow prevention devices that were installed, however, they are not to the City of Grass Valley’s current standards and will not pass inspection when sell your home.  If you have any questions or concerns about a Backflow Prevention Device…please feel free to contact our office…Our goal is to take the worry out of your plumbing needs!

Have you ever been asked “do you have a sewer cleanout?” Most people pause…and think…and then the response is “I’m not sure”. If you have a sewer cleanout it makes the plumbers job to access your sewer line much easier. We just had one of the most unusual spots for a cleanout that I wanted to share with everyone. Typically a sewer cleanout is located at ground level near the perimeter of the house…this one just happened to be over the garage. We managed to get the job done!

First call of the New Year! Craig and Casey encountered R-2 road conditions when they headed up Hwy 20 to snake a main line…success! Craig and Casey made their way up his unplowed driveway and cleared the line. Craig Johnson Plumbing will go the distance for their customers!
